The Alley Unveils New Fall Menu

To coincide with their new happy hour menu, The Alley, unveils their new menu with new sandwiches, burgers, and beer for the fall season.

New Sandwiches:

Mediterranean – grilled chicken, feta cheese, capers, lemon-anchovy sauce, arugula, tomato and pickled red onion on a toasted baguette
Roast Beef – chuck roll shaved thin & griddled with jus, white sharp cheddar, caramelized onions and horsey sauce served on a burger bun
Crowley’s Country Club – turkey breast, country ham, bacon, iceberg lettuce, tomato, Dukes mayo and spicy brown mustard, between 3 slices of Texas toast
Fried Bologna – 6 oz. beef bologna fried to order, American cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion and Dukes mayo on Texas toast

New Burgers:

Vermont – 6oz patty, white sharp cheddar, bacon, thinly sliced granny smith apple, maple mayo and arugula
Southern – 6oz patty, pimento cheese, caramelized onions, tomato and arugula
Alley Melt – 6 oz. patty, Swiss cheese, bacon, sauerkraut and Alley sauce on Texas toast
Black Bean Quinoa – black beans, quinoa, sunflower seeds, peppers and onion patty topped with alfalfa sprouts, tomato, pickled red onion and avocado on multigrain bread

New Salads:

Bridge Runner Salad – kale tossed in pomegranate vinaigrette dressing with avocado, chick peas, quinoa, alfalfa sprouts, toasted almonds and red peppers
BBQ Ranch Taco Salad – romaine lettuce topped with ranch and red BBQ sauce, diced tomato, cucumber, pickled red onion, pepperoncini, cotija cheese topped with tortilla strips
Kale Caesar – kale tossed in Caesar dressing with fresh croutons and parmesan cheese

New Appetizers:

Beef Taquitos – thinly shaved roasted beef chuck roll, nacho cheese and salsa verde, rolled in a corn tortilla and fried to order, served on a bed of iceberg with avocado crema, cilantro and cotija cheese
Spinach Artichoke Dip – spinach, artichoke hearts, shallots, garlic, heavy cream, cream cheese and parmesan served with fried pita wedges
Spring Rolls – Pizza, Turkey Reuben, Veggie, or Daily
Sliders – Bratwurst, Pimento Cheese, or Burger
