Today’s quote comes from the late British writer, John Mortimer. I think I’ve addressed this topic before in my posts, but this does a really good job of summarizing how I feel about dieting. I mean, I’m not for gluttony, but I do think people who perpetually deprive themselves of culinary experiences simply because they want to live to 100. I’ll be quite happy to throw in the towel once I can no longer recognize my family and friends. Or once I have to go back to diapers.
